Johnathan came out to detail my wife and I’s car last week. In the middle of his detail it began raining. Johnathan didn’t charge us for the half job and we rescheduled for a different day. He came back out today and re-detailed both cars and did a phenomenal job. Johnathan’s amazing customer service is exactly why we’ll book with him again in the future. I cannot recommend Barlow detailing enough! Exceeded all of my expectations! Not only was Jonathan (the owner) extremely thorough with the detailing, but he was also compassionate and went above and beyond for my car. I had spilled gasoline in it, a few days before the cleaning, and did not think it was a big deal since another detailing company scheduled me a week out. But after reaching out to Jonathan, he made it his priority to have my car cleaned that weekend--and it was memorial weekend! I'm so thankful because it rained that whole week afterwards and I would've suffocated in my car if he hadn't squeezed me in! He spent almost a full day on my car and got most of the smell out. He also reached out a week later to make sure my car was still doing well and drove to my house and did extra service to ensure that the smell would be gone! I'm extremely thankful for finding Jonathan and will only use him moving forward!
